Human Resource Recruitment Manager Hong Kong

Global Services Firm, Position Based in Hong Kong
Must Speak English and Cantonese, Hopefully Mandarin
Salary to  $1.5 M HKD ($200K USD) Plus relo package if necessary

Based in Hong Kong, you will lead and manage a large team in delivering a first class recruitment services across Hong Kong and China. Specifically, you will be responsible for devising innovative recruitment strategies, managing effective lines of communication with various recruitment channels, while ensuring that leading edge recruitment practices and assessment process are adopted. You will also collaborate with senior management on offer management as well as compensation strategies.

Of course degree qualified with minium 10 years’ experience in human resources generalist and recruitment functions, preferably within professional and financial services sectors. An understanding of China HR practices and employment legislation will be sought. (must have China Exp) Creative and resourceful, you will possess strong leadership skills with high levels of integrity, professionalism and diplomacy. Fluency in ENGLISH A MUST while proficiency in Mandarin is an advantage.
